Refund policy


  • No cancellation of custom-made furniture items will be allowed;

  • Online orders can be cancelled within seven (7) days of placing the order, whereafter a cancellation fee will be charged;

  • The provision of goods and services is subject to availability of product and/or material.  In the case of a product being unavailable, the client would be refunded in full within 30 days;

  • In the event of a product being inaccurately described or not fulfilling its purpose, a refund, exchange or repair will be offered within five (5) business days after delivery.  Should the problem occur longer than five (5) days after delivery, the client will have a choice between an exchange or repair only;

  • All complaints need to be received in writing via e-mail (not WhatsApp) within five (5) business days of delivery/collection. No refund will be granted if the complaint was not made in writing;

  • All furniture which are custom-made to the client’s specification are excluded from being refunded in the event that the client no longer wants the item;

  • All measurements and specifications with regard to the furniture item is the sole responsibility of the client and no refunds will be considered for incorrect information provided by the client;
